I do not give out my hpfort117 program if you are a newbie you have to be atleast 1 month old on neopets the reason is because newbies are only entitled to a few things on neopets until you get right into the game e.g play it everyday, look after your pets... plus the neopets team will get very suspicious as to how a newbie can pull 1,000,000,000np from playing games? and plus where would you pull all your ultra rare and expensive items from when it could take a player playing for 5 months to even get a paintbrush!

No you do not have to have any np in your bank, like i said i no longer play neopets so what could your np possibly mean to me?

There is no packages to choose from you tell me say 30 items you deeply wish for and the amount of your np if you are satisfied with the results email me and i will generously award you with more np or whatever other items you desire.

however it may take 24 hours for me to download the neopets htmlbanners off my floppy discs but you will be greatly satisfied with your results.
